5 weeks VIP with Tiga

Basic starter pack includes 3 month schedule from Warm up to main workout, cooldown and stretch. Using a traditional combined method from Shaolin Wushu, Bagua Gin, Karate Kye-kushin Kaye, Wing Chun and others all together make up 313 combinations, strikes and self defense techniques.
