Kung Fu
Basic starter pack includes 3 month schedule from Warm up to main workout, cooldown and stretch. Using a traditional combined method from Shaolin Wushu, Bagua Gin, Karate Kye-kushin Kaye, Wing Chun and others all together make up 313 combinations, strikes and self defense techniques. This course is the first quarter you must pass before you move to the next Quarter. There are 4 Quarters before grading for the first Kata
